Leaf @ 66 OT -- second floor
We’re excited to announce that on Sunday, July 17th, 2016, our office will be on the 2016 Barn Tour sponsored by the Tewksbury Historical Society and the Tewksbury Trail Association!
We love our office space! It’s a Timberpeg structure designed by local architect, Edward O’Brien, AIA, that takes advantage of the scenic views from it’s location — adjacent to  a bucolic farm-assessed property with a stunning historic home and across the street from the entrance to the Cold Brook Preserve. The building is not just good-looking but it functions well, too. Its systems include geothermal heating and cooling, and hot water radiant heat. Electricity-generating solar panels and high R-value insulating panels installed in the construction of the building make it extra energy-efficient.  The building is barrier free in its compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
